Happy New Year!
As always, I've been so blessed this past year. Good memories and lots of art have been created. I look forward to a new year, a fresh start and moving forward with what lies ahead.
Before the year ended I wanted to clean and reorganize the art studio. I should have taken before pictures, but I was to anxious to get started and didn't want to lose the momentum once I was going. Here are a few after shots. I love how it turned out! I have been standing alot while working on my new paintings and raised the drafting table up to a good standing height.

A few days ago I added another painting to my travel series: Amsterdam. I used one of my old black and white photographs of a Selle Royal bicycle as a photo transfer and continued to paint with acrylics and ink.

This past year I took the Flying Lessons e-course with miss Kelly Rae Roberts. It was
so inspiring! After the class ended I became more aware of my blogging, my personal art goals, and made some amazing new friends along the way. Last week I hit 100 posts for the year! That is the most I've ever had! In celebration of my blog, a year ending and a new one beginning, I am offering a print giveaway! To make it a little fun and interesting, here are the rules:
- in the comment section of this post tell me where you would like to travel to if you could and why(1 entry)
- go to my etsy shop and tell me which print you would like to have if you win the giveaway (1 entry)
- follow my blog (1 entry)
- follow me on twitter (1 entry)
- become a fan on my fb page (1 entry)
The winner will be chosen Saturday, January 8th. Have fun and Happy New Year!!!

Hmmmmm, anywhere huh? Well, I'd have to say Paris because I would love to visit the junque shops and flea markets for "found" items ;-)
This is much easier, I would LOVE to have your "inspired by Life"
oh yeah.
Following your Blog :-) you are so much fun!
Following your tweets ;-)
I'm a BIG fan on facebook ;-)
Paris. Ahhh. Me too! It's one destination that is at the top of my list too! Happy New Year Linda! =)
I think Linda just might win ... Love the studio peeks ... Happy New Year!
Yep, I think Linda's got this one :) But I wanted to say that if I could travel to anywhere, I think Morocco would be so cool. I'm curious about the food, but I also love all the colors and architectural designs...
Happy New Year!

I LOVE THIS new look so much. So mush hard work my friend. I ADORE the 'inspired by life' piece. My heart is with Germany right now because GOD grew my life in such deep and profound ways there...
Happy New Year Stephanie! :)
If I could travel anywhere it would be Edinburgh. It's one of the cities I regret never visiting while I lived in the UK. :)
Even though it looks like Linda has this one in the bag, I wanted to say that if I were to win I would also pick Inspired by Life:

Cool web design! I think it is new? I'm missed your blog and am glad to be officially back:) Your studio looks great! Love the art too. Look forward to seeing what you create in 2011. Peace, sister:)
Hi Stephanie!
The studio looks great! I love your wall of retro images. I'm cleaning up my space too- very cleansing for the "new year".
Anyway... Paris would be my choice!!! I would want to go to 2 places- The Musee d'Orsay (which was one of the most orgasmic experiences of my life) and back to Provence to see Cezannes's studio and breathe in the "impressionist air!
I've been a blog follower, and I've been a FB fan too! (sorry- haven't done the tweet thing yet) And I just love your "inspired" piece.
Thankful for the "flyer" connection to you, an so many other inspiring artistes!
Happy New Year!
and the winner is....
wait! it's a tie!
